I bought a hornbill lock that is very well. But, the lock is locking after 4 or 5 failed attempts; that is unacceptable. We have a kindergarten, and sometimes, children play with the lock. No way to unlock it except with the app. I think it should be a way to turn off this feature. Thanks
Hornbill smart lock Lock will not unlock from the keypad (will lock). All operations work from the app but backward. When I touch it to unlock, it locks, and vice versa.
Our Hornbill smart lock will not lock. It attempts to move and begins beeping after 2 or 3 attempts. This is a new issue; the lock had previously been working fine. The batteries changed, and still having the issue.
Hi, we purchased a Hornbill Smart Lock. During installation, we could not figure out what the "front panel screw" was for and have since misplaced it. It turns out that keeping the lock's outside face from spinning around is necessary. I can't reach Hornbill for a replacement. Any suggestions? Thank you!
However, I've recently had an issue with one Hornbill 7-in-1 Keyless Entry Door Lock Biometric Fingerprint Smart Deadbolt. The lock isn't fully unlocking, requiring a lot of shaking and jiggling to get it to open. I was wondering what your policy is for locks with this defect. Let me know what you can do, and thanks for your help!
