A misplaced front panel screw during the Hornbill Lock installation caused the front panel to spin.
Hi, we purchased a Hornbill Smart Lock. During installation, we could not figure out what the "front panel screw" was for and have since misplaced it.

Hornbill Smart Deadbolt is not fully unlocking, requiring a lot of shaking and jiggling
However, I've recently had an issue with one Hornbill 7-in-1 Keyless Entry Door Lock Biometric Fingerprint Smart Deadbolt.
The lock isn't fully unlocking, requiring a lot of shaking and jiggling to get it to open. I was wondering what your policy is for locks with this defect. Let me know what you can do, and thanks for your help!
