TTlock latch does not work with a fingerprint, a card, or the physical key.

Good afternoon. I have a problem with a TTlock electronic lock. The latch stopped working; it doesn’t work with a fingerprint, a card, or the physical key by placing it underneath; there is no way for the door to open (attached photo).

It may be that through the TTLOCK application, has it been blocked permanently? It went very well a few days ago.

Important, There is a function that if it is not used for a while, it is blocked.

Can you help me?

If your TTlock electronic lock has stopped working across all access methods, including the physical key, it’s essential to approach the issue systematically. Here are some steps you can follow:

  1. Battery Check: The most common issue with electronic locks is battery depletion. Batteries can suddenly lose charge even if the lock worked a few days ago. Replace them with new ones to rule out this possibility.
  2. Physical Key: The physical key should work independently of the electronic components. If it’s not working, ensure you’re using the correct key and inserting and turning it correctly. If the key doesn’t turn, don’t force it, as this could damage the lock further.
  3. App Connectivity: Connect to the lock via the TTLOCK application. Check for any settings or features that might have been activated to block the lock. If a function blocks the lock after a period of inactivity, you should be able to deactivate it through the app. Also, ensure the lock isn’t set to “vacation mode” or a setting that turns off its functions.
  4. Reset the Lock: If you can access the back panel of the lock, there might be a reset button. Pressing this button will reset the lock to its factory settings. Note that this will erase all stored fingerprints, cards, and other access methods, so you must set them up again.
  5. Firmware Update: Sometimes, electronic devices can act up due to outdated firmware. Check if there’s a firmware update available for your lock through the TTLOCK application.
  6. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, it might be time to contact TTlock’s customer support. They might have specific solutions for your model or be aware of users’ common issues.
  7. Professional Help: If you cannot open the door and need immediate access, consider calling a locksmith. They have specialized tools and expertise to open doors without causing damage.

Remember, if you decide to reset the lock or make significant changes, ensure you have a backup access method (like another door or window) if something goes wrong.

But I must say that if you have replaced the batteries and still can not open this TTlock, you may contact the supplier for after-sale service directly.
