TTlock unlocks by itself after we lock and locks after unlock; what to do?
Hello, I am having a problem with my TTlock.
It unlocks by itself after we lock and locks after we unlock. Yes, we reset it many times and added it again. But the same thing. It keeps unlocking a few seconds after we lock and locks after we unlock.

According to my consultation and confirmation with the engineer, the most likely reason is that the wiring of your TTlock may have been overwhelmed during installation.
Please open the front and rear lock panels, and then carefully check whether the circuit connection between the mortise and the main board and the lock mortise and the battery compartment is pressed by the lock panel.
If so, please adjust the circuit well and avoid pressing, install the front and rear lock panels, and test again.
If you still have this problem, the lock motor is likely broken. Please contact after-sales support to obtain a new lock.
