Resetting a TTLock smart lock may be slightly different depending on the specific model of the lock, but generally, you can reset TTlocks in two ways; here are general steps to reset most TTLock smart locks:

Resetting TTlock from the TTlock app:

  1. Open the TTLock App on your smartphone.
  2. Login TTLock app with your account and password.
  3. Tap on the specific lock you want to reset and click the setting option.
  4. You will see the delete option at the bottom of the settings options.
  5. Now, please click the delete option; it will require you to enter the account password.
  6. After entering a valid account password, the lock will be deleted and reset.

Resetting TTlock from the Reset button:

  1. Ensure the door is unlocked: Before you start, make sure the door is unlocked. This is crucial because you don’t want to be locked out or in if something goes wrong during the reset process.
  2. Locate the reset button: Most TTLock models have a reset button on the interior side of the lock. Maybe You need to remove the batter cover. It’s typically a small hole you can press using a thin, pointed object like a paperclip or needle.
  3. Press and hold the reset button: Insert your paperclip or needle into the reset hole and press and hold the button.
  4. Wait for the lock to confirm the reset: You should hear the voice prompt to let you enter the initialization password on the keypad of TTlock.(the default TTlock initialization passcode is 000# ).
  5. After entering a valid initialization password, the TTlock will be reset.

After a reset, all data, including access codes and fingerprint data, will be erased from the lock. This means you’ll need to reprogram the lock, including setting a new admin passcode, adding user passcodes, and re-adding any fingerprints or RFID cards if your lock supports those features.

As always, consult your lock’s user manual or contact TTLock’s customer support for the most accurate information.
