The smart door lock auto-lock not working,what should I do?

I have one of your smart locks & it just quit working! I even went all night long with the front door unlocked to my house while I slept because it was set to auto-lock & failed to lock suddenly!

I didn’t even have it very long before it quit working! I got it on 12/6/22, it took a couple of weeks to install it, & it stopped working a few weeks ago, so I used it for less than two months! Surely they should last longer than that, right?
