Check your Bluetooth connection. If your phone has a low signal, it may cause the app not to connect with the lock. To do this, go into Settings on your phone and ensure the Bluetooth signal is connected.
Check the battery of your device. If it is low, replace it with a new one and try again.
Check if your device is connected to Wi-Fi and not in airplane mode. If it isn’t connected, connect it to Wi-Fi and try again.
Ensure you have installed and updated the app on your phone before using its features on Smonet’s door lock (this includes Bluetooth).

If your Smonet smart door lock is not working, you must first check if it’s connected to the internet. To do this:
Open the app and find the “Lock” section.
Press “Connect.” If you’re using an older model of Smonet door lock, press “Websocket” instead of “Connect.”
If nothing happens after pressing Connect, check if your device is on and connected to Wi-Fi. If that doesn’t work, try checking that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices (the phone/tablet and door lock).
If the door lock is not connected to the WIFI, you can go to [Settings] > [Network Settings] and check if the door lock is connected there. If it isn’t, try restarting your router or modem and then retrying again.

Enter your correct PIN code into the keypad (if necessary).
Press and hold the power/lock button for 10 seconds.
The alarm will be silenced, and the LED will flash green three times. At this point, you can reset your Smonet Door lock with a new code or by following the steps below:
Turn on your Smonet Door lock by pressing the power button once (the LED should be flashing). You should hear a “beep” sound from your door lock if successful.
Now press and hold both buttons simultaneously until all LEDs flash red quickly, then turn them off (this is how you reset it). After that, please wait 1 minute before trying again to unlock it using your code or keycard.
