I would like to know how to change the batteries for my Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro WiFi lock; I lost my user manual
I didn't find the instructions about how to change the code on Ultraloq U-bolt Pro user manual, can you offer me some information about how to change it?

Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro no longer locks when pressing the button at the bottom of the keypad
My U-Bolt Pro keypad and fingerprint reader are completely dead - unpowered. The batteries are new, and the app says they are "high" in power. The app reports no problem, and the lock auto-locks just fine. So the inside portion of the unit is fine and has power.
I'm having trouble with the internet connection on my U-Bolt-Pro-Wifi. In short, it disconnects from the internet, especially when I'm trying to upload the wifi update. The Bluetooth update has been updated without a problem.
I bought the U-Bolt Pro a few months ago and installed it three weeks ago. After about a week of use, it only works when it wants. To lock/unlock it, it sometimes feels like I'm forcing it, making a whirring noise.
I have Ubolt Pro with the hub. When I am at home, the connection through the app works fine - I can lock and unlock it. However, when I am away from home, the app doesn't work - I can't remotely unlock it. Any suggestions?
