The Saflock key system shows the keys an unidentified "Unknown" user has programmed when we prepare old units for new residents.
Saflok system is not sending mobile keys to guests. It shows that it's sent and then appears as an ERROR on the guest mobile key screen.
Having a problem signing in on a handheld hh6; the username and password are correct. One day it works—the next day, maybe not. What is the best action to take?
We have a Saflok in one of our hotel rooms, and we must replace the battery every couple of weeks. Curious if there is a fix for this issue or if replacement is required.
We are using the Saflok hotel door lock system in my hotel. Today My staff keys are blinking yellow eight times on all the doors. How do I fix this issue?
My Saflok hh6 handheld programmer had to replace batteries, and now when we make cards for the rooms, it does not work. It makes the cards, but it does not open the doors.
My workplace Saflok HH6 M-Unit won't update clocks on a few certain locks in the hotel and has issues programming those locks. When I approach said locks with the NFC probe type to program, it won't communicate with the card reader on the lock. A page says, "Probe or lock won't talk."
We have two condo units in a multi-building. We received permission to use deadbolts versus the old Safelok MT Mag unit. We must still use the existing levers and latch to close the door. Management says they don't have a system to produce a latch/unlatch card to disconnect the electronics.
All of our master keys for our Saflock just randomly quit working/became deactivated. I am wondering if there is a way to prevent this in the future and why it does that.
